Surrounded by the love of her family, Rosalinda Santos passed away peacefully on November 21, 2011 at the age of 68 at Health Sciences Centre.

She will be missed by her loving husband and best friend Artemio, her loving daughters Sheila (Ariel), and Elizabeth (Gerald); sons Elizalde (Khristine), Artemio Jr (Melanie), and Jerson; grandchildren Julius, Kate, Raphael, Karl, Kriel, Ken, Anne and Francis; mother Efipania, brothers Angelo Jr, Polan, Raul, Joven, Boy, and Bobet, sisters Josie, Belen, Chi-Chi and Vicky as well as many nieces, nephews and many friends.

She was pre deceased by her father Angelo and sister Zenaida.

“Mommy Rosie “as she was fondly called not only by her children but also by her nephews and nieces was truly an epitome of a mother as she always look after the needs of her children and grand children first before her own needs and always ready to help her brother, sisters, nephew and nieces when needed. She will be best remembered as loving, caring and kindhearted.

Viewing (Lamay) will be held at Mosaic Funeral Chapel 1839 Inkster Blvd. on Saturday, November 26th, and Sunday, November 27th, 2011. Lamay commences at 6:00 pm and concludes at the request of the family.

Vigil Prayers will be held on Saturday evening at 7:00 P.M. with Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr. presiding

Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Tuesday, November 29th, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. from St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church 748 Keewatin St., Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr. celebrant.
Cremation will follow the funeral mass.

The family would like to thank the Nurses, Doctors and staff at the Health Sciences Centre Coronary Care Unit for their exceptional care given to Rosalinda.
