Crisostomo was born January 24th, 1937 and passed peacefully with family by his side on May 23rd, 2010 at Health Sciences Centre.  He leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Lourdes G. Raymundo; his mother, Rosario Raymundo (Philippines); his 3 children, Rodel (Angie), Ruel and Rowena (Mario); his grandchildren Julian, Alyssa, Andrew and Rachel. He also leaves his brother and sisters in Canada and in the Philippines; and numerous nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank the entire staff of the GB3 at HSC, with special thanks to Dr. Lamba, Dr. Ainsley, Dr. Janis and nurse Doug for providing excellent care. We will all miss his unforgettable smile that brought us joy and laughter. You will be forever missed. We love you Tatay. Lamay/Prayer Vigil to be held on Friday, May 28th, 2010 at the Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. (corner of Inkster and Keewatin). Lamay commences at 6:00 p.m. and concludes at the request of the family. Prayer Vigil will be held at 7:30 P.M. with Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr. officiating. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, May 29th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street. Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr. celebrant. Family and friends are invited to Mosaic Reception Centre after the mass for a time of fellowship and refreshments.
