Antonio Bilog Manansala passed peacefully on July 27, 2010 at Riverview Health Centre after a courageous battle.
His memory is cherished by his devoted wife of 61 years, Eugenia, along with his loving children, Ana
(Noli) Narciso, Paz (Carding) De Guzman, Victoria (Carlos)
Moranion, Cesar (Tess) Manansala, Rudy Manansala, Alex (Fhem)
Manansala, Marilou (Romy) Togado, Josie (Dion) Juaton, with his 20 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grand Children.
He is predeceased by his son, Boy.

Tony spent his early years with the Philippine Armed Forces as a guerrilla scout during the World War 2. He relocated to Winnipeg in 1986 where he became an active member of the Philippines Veterans Association of Winnipeg. He enjoyed his retirement days by going to the casino and occasional fishing during the summer. He spent his winter days in the Philippines to enjoy the warm weather. His presence and his smile will be missed by his family and countless friends.
Lamay/Prayer Service will be held at the Mosaic Funeral Chapel 1839 Inkster Blvd. on Friday, July 30th, and Saturday July 31st, 2010. Lamay commences at 6:00 pm and concludes at the request of the family. Prayer Service will be held Friday at 7:30 pm.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday August 3rd, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at St. John Cantius Roman Catholic Church, 846 Burrows Ave.
Interment in Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave .
Reception to follow the Interment at Mosaic Reception Centre.
